Apartment Suite

In addition to the Edwin K Bed and Breakfast facilities in Old Town Florence, OR, an adjacent 1000 sq. ft. fully equipped Apartment Suite is available that sleeps up to four people. The bedroom has a queen bed and French doors leading to a rear deck that looks out to the hillside covered with natural coastal vegetation and the waterfall garden.

above the owners living quarters, with a stairwell that leads up to the apartment. Here you have a bird's eye view of the sand dunes and the
Siuslaw River.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, pots & pans, etc. Two packets of Tully's Coffee and a few various teas are provided, along with a few spices, to start you off. There is a nearby grocery store for any other food items you might need. Breakfast is not included in this unit as it has its own kitchen. Well-behaved children are welcome in the Apartment Suite, but we cannot accept pets.

The living room has a view of the Siuslaw River and Oregon National Sand Dunes and is furnished with two chairs and two sofas, one of which can be made into a queen-sized bed, and a recliner chair. Stereo & TV are provided.

      3-4 people or 2 beds   - $165
   Prime Season:
     1-2 people or 1 bed       - $175
     3-4 people or 2 beds     - $200

   *Prime Season: May 1 - Oct. 15
    Off Season: Oct. 16 - April 30
