Guests of the bed & breakfast may check-in any time after 12:00 PM on the day of their arrival.
There is parking directly in front of the B&B as well as a free, public parking lot directly across the street.
All rooms are located on the second floor.

Northwest Balcony Room
The Northwest Balcony room offers a queen-sized bed, private bathroom with a double shower and a private balcony.
Your stay includes a gourmet, multi-course breakfast, in-room desserts & treats, complimentary sparkling wine, beer or sparkling cider.

$405 per night plus tax (two night minimum)

The Northeast Balcony room offers a queen-sized bed, private bathroom with a double shower and a private balcony.

Southeast Bay Street Room
The Southeast Bay Street room offers a queen-sized bed and private bathroom with a double shower. Your room faces Bay Street, across from the Siuslaw River and sand dunes.

Condo at the Edwin K
Open Seven Days a Week
Newly remodeled, the condo is the perfect place to escape to!
The condo has a full kitchen and a spacious living room. The main bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and a private deck. The condo is very well appointed and even includes a laundry room. In the main living room guests will find two twin roll away beds and a television set-up for streaming.
Breakfast is not included with your stay at the Condo. Check-in time is at 3:00 PM.
March – October Room: $250 per night plus tax (two night minimum)
November – February Room Rate: $185 per night plus tax (two night minimum)

Open every day, not just weekends.
While breakfast is not included with your stay, you can cook delicious meals in your well-appointed kitchen.
The bedroom at the condo has a king size, adjustable bed. There are two twin rollaway beds in the main living room.
Enjoy barbecuing on your private deck with a cozy seating are for two.
The condo has its own laundry room.
On the front balcony, guests will find a firepit that's perfect for coastal nights.
The Condo at the Edwin K has a private entrance, located on the second floor via an exterior staircase.
Sunsets from the condo's balcony can be gorgeous!
The condo's bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a television set-up for streaming.
In the kitchen you will find quartz countertops and a host of cooking implements.
Rooms are cleaned and sanitized in between guests, if you need extra towels or toiletries during your stay, please let us know.
Check-out time is at noon for the bed & breakfast and 11:00 AM for the condo.
